3 ½ cups dried Cod
cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic cloves (sliced)
1 Tbsp paprika
½ cup dry white wine
Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.
Soak the fish for around 48 hours, changing the water 6-8 times. Drain well, pat dry and cut into four pieces.

Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.
3.
Fry the fish in hot oil on all sides until golden. Remove from the pan and place on a baking tray.
4.
Fray the garlic in the pan until golden brown, sprinkle with paprika and deglaze with the wine. Reduce slightly, season with salt if necessary and pour over the fish. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
