- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 3 chili peppers
- ¼ Cucumber
- 200 milliliters Chicken broth
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- salt
- 2 tsps Sesame seeds

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and thinly slice the cucumber. Mix with a little salt and let drain in a colander. Rinse, halve, and chop the chili.
2.
Add the diced onion and chicken broth to a pan. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add to the pan, and simmer for 5 minutes, over low heat, stirring frequently.
3.
Rinse and dry the parsley. Remove the leaves and finely chop. Mix the sauce with the cucumber, chili, and sesame seeds. Season with salt and lemon juice, and let cool.
