- 4 pcs Salmon (each 200 grams)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 large red Bell pepper
- 4 Corn
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps butter
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut lengthwise into strips.

Precook corn cobs in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes and drain well. Brush the corn and pepper strips with butter, season with salt and pepper and roast on a hot grill until golden brown.
3.
Brush the salmon with oil, season with salt and pepper and cook on the grill for 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
4.
Serve salmon with corn on the cob and peppers.
