1 Puff pastry dough
200 grams Salmon
100 grams Frozen pea
150 milliliters Whipped cream
4 Tbsps Quark
2 eggs
salt
peppers
Nutmeg (freshly grated)
softened butter (for greasing)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut out 4 circles, slightly larger than the ramekins (8 cm or 3 inched in diameter). Press pastry into greased ramekins.

Rinse salmon, dab dry and dice. Thaw peas. Combine cream, quark and eggs. Season with  salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour into ramekins and press salmon and peas into filling. 

4.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove and let cool briefly. Release from ramekins.

5.

Serve, as desired, with a salad.
