Directions

1 For the salad, rinse and trim the spinach and shake dry. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Arrange decoratively on plates or a large platter, together with the spinach and the salmon. Mix the lemon juice with the honey and drizzle over the salad.
2 Combine the cream cheese with the lemon zest and mix until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and distribute spoonfuls over the salad.
3 Serve garnished with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
