1 handful baby Spinach
2 scallions (white and light green parts)
6 lg slices Smoked salmon
200 grams cream cheese
2 Tbsps Horseradish
1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse spinach and spin dry. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into about 6 cm fine strips (approximately 2 1/2 inch). 

2.

Halve salmon slices. Whisk cream cheese with horseradish and lemon juice. Season with a little salt.

3.

Spread cream cheese mixture onto salmon slices and top with spinach and scallions. Roll up and arrange on plates. Serve as small appetizer.
