1 kilogram small potatoes
3 red onions
4 Salmon (with skin)
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt
peppers
1 Tbsp Harissa

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onions and cut into strips. Peel the potatoes and cut in half. Sauté the onions in butter, mix with the harissa and place in a baking dish.

Sauté the potatoes in the oil and then arrange with the onions in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 25-30 minutes. After 10 minutes pour in 50 ml (approximately 3 tablespoons) water. After 15-20 minutes season the fish lightly with salt and place with the skin side up on top of the potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are tender and the salmon is cooked to taste. Serve hot.
