- 7 ozs smoked Salmon (cut into strips)
- 7 ozs ripe Strawberries (halved)
- For the dressing
- 4 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 2 tsps Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- To garnish
- 1 Tbsp green peppercorns
- Arugula

1 Pot, 1 Skillet, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl, 1 Can opener
Preparation steps
1.
Put the salmon and strawberries into a bowl.
2.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salmon and strawberries. Toss gently together until coated in dressing.
3.
Arrange on a serving plate and scatter over the peppercorns. Arrange the rocket on top.
