- ½ lemon (juice)
- hot sauce (Tabasco sauce)

- 4 slices smoked Salmon

- Arugula

1 Pot, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Brush, 1 Grill pan, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cookie cutter ring
Preparation steps
1.
Put the salmon scraps, cheese, cream, lemon juice, Tabasco and black pepper in a blender or food processor and whizz until smooth.
2.
Put a slice of smoked salmon on a large tray. Put one-quarter of the salmon mixture in the middle of the slice and shape into a ball. Fold the smoked salmon over the filling to enclose it completely. Repeat for the remaining servings. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
3.
Place on a serving plate and garnish with cranberry sauce and rocket.
