- For the salad
- 2 grilled Crabmeat (800 g each including shell, meat chopped)
- 1 small Iceberg lettuce (torn into bite sized pieces)
- 8 Lettuce (torn into bite sized pieces)
- 1 cup young Spinach
- 2 green Apple (thinly sliced)
- 2 carrots (thinly sliced)
- 2 small Red onions (cut into rings)
- For the dressing
- 5 Tbsps Oil
- 3 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Mustard
- 3 Tbsps vegetable stock
- paprika
- 4 Tbsps lingonberry

Preparation steps
1.
Mix together all the salad ingredients and arrange on a plate.
2.
To make the dressing mix together the oil, vinegar, mustard and stock and season with paprika and ground black pepper. Drizzle over the salad and garnish with lingonberries.
