For the salad
2 grilled Crabmeat (800 g each including shell, meat chopped)
1 small Iceberg lettuce (torn into bite sized pieces)
8 Lettuce (torn into bite sized pieces)
1 cup young Spinach
2 green Apple (thinly sliced)
2 carrots (thinly sliced)
2 small Red onions (cut into rings)
For the dressing
5 Tbsps Oil
3 Tbsps white wine vinegar
2 Tbsps Mustard
3 Tbsps vegetable stock
paprika
4 Tbsps lingonberry

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together all the salad ingredients and arrange on a plate.
2.
To make the dressing mix together the oil, vinegar, mustard and stock and season with paprika and ground black pepper. Drizzle over the salad and garnish with lingonberries.
