- For the dressing
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 50 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 100 grams Gorgonzola
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- peppers (from the mill)
- For the salad
- 150 grams mixed Lettuce (chicory, radicchio and frisee lettuce)
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 Pear
- 2 Tbsps mixed Seed (Pumpkin and sunflower seeds)

Preparation steps

For the dressing: Peel the garlic and mince. Grind finely with a little salt. Stir until smooth with the yogurt and the both. Mash the cheese finely with a fork and add to the yogurt mixture. Season with lemon juice, salt, sugar, and pepper.

Rinse the lettuce, spin dry and tear into small pieces. Rinse the celery and cut into thin slices. Peel the pears, cut in half, remove seeds, and cut into wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve with the remaining salad ingredients on plates.
To serve: Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with the dressing.
