Salad with Creamy Dressing
For the salad: Rinse and spin dry lettuce. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Rinse celery and pluck the leaves. Chop the celery into thin pieces. Rinse radishes and cut into thin slices.
For the dressing: Whisk together the whipping cream (or sour cream) and lemon juice. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper.
To serve: Transfer the salad and vegetables to plates. Garnish with the garden cress and drizzle with the dressing.
