- 1 head Iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices Toast
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as thyme and parsley)
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- white peppers
- planed Parmesan
Preparation steps

Rinse lettuce, trim, pluck leaves into smaller pieces and drain. Slice bread and chop into cubes. Peel garlic, dice and saute in butter. Add bread pieces and toast. Remove from heat, sprinkle herbs over and season with a little salt. Drain on paper towels.

For the dressing, mix mayonnaise with yogurt, lemon juice, 2-3 tablespoons of water, sugar, grated Parmesan and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over lettuce and serve sprinkled with croutons and Parmesan.
