250 grams mixed Lettuce (Lettuce, endive, Lollo Rosso, Frisée lettuce, radicchio)
1 Red onion
2 slices Toast
50 grams butter
200 grams Chicken breasts
1 Tbsp soybean oil
3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsps olive oil
salt
peppers (from the mill)
½ tsp Mustard
1 generous pinch sugar
1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

Rinse and spin dry lettuce leaves and cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut as desired into thin rings or cubes. Cut the bread into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes and toast in a pan with butter and garlic until golden.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and fry in a pan with the soybean oil. Make a dressing by stirring together the vinegar, olive oil, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper and drizzle onto the lettuce leaves. Add the fried chicken and the roasted croutons to the salad and serve immediately.
