For the Caesar Dressing
3 cloves garlic cloves (pressed)
¾ cup Mayonnaise
5 Anchovy fillet (minced)
3 tablespoons Parmesan (grated)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
1 head Romaine lettuce (roughly torn into pieces)
½ cup Parmesan (shaved)
1 ½ cups prepared, seasoned Crouton

Preparation steps

In a small bowl combine garlic, mayonnaise, anchovies, two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper; to taste. Refrigerate if not using right away.

Place lettuce in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing, top with shaved Parmesan cheese and seasoned croutons. Serve.
