- For the Caesar Dressing
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (pressed)
- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
- 5 Anchovy fillet (minced)
- 3 Tbsps Parmesan (grated)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 1 head Romaine lettuce (roughly torn into pieces)
- ½ cup Parmesan (shaved)
- 1 ½ cups prepared, seasoned Crouton
Preparation steps

In a small bowl combine garlic, mayonnaise, anchovies, two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper; to taste. Refrigerate if not using right away.

Place lettuce in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing, top with shaved Parmesan cheese and seasoned croutons. Serve.
