- 150 grams Smoked salmon
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- cilantro (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Rinse and peel the grapefruit. Cut the flesh and collect the juice. Combine the juice with honey and oil.

Cut the salmon into strips and toss together with the chopped grapefruit and vinaigrette. Divide among serving bowls and garnish with cilantro leaves.
