- 150 grams lamb's lettuce
- 100 grams Radicchio
- 1 Lime
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
- 200 grams Smoked salmon (in slices)
- Ingredients
- Ground red pepper
- Dill
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the lettuce and the radicchio, spin dry and cut the radicchio into strips. Place both in a bowl.
2.
Halve a lime, cut one into slices and reserve the other half.
3.
Squeeze the juice of half the lime and mix with the olive oil, season with sugar and salt then drizzle over the salad. Arrange the slices of salmon over the salad, garnish with dill, red pepper and serve with slices of lime.
