Salad with Feta Cheese
Rinse, halve, remove the seeds and ribs and cube the peppers. Rinse and cube the cucumber. Peel and crush the garlic. Mix the garlic and the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Cube the feta and spread into a single layer. Spread the diced vegetables and oil over the feta. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to marinate.
Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Rinse the chives and cut into thin rings. Sprinkle the chives and sunflower seeds over the cheese. Serve with white bread.
