- 300 grams lamb's lettuce
- ½ bunch Arugula
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 slices Bacon
- 10 dried Date
- 100 grams Walnut
- 8 slices Roquefort cheese

Preparation steps

Rinse the lamb's lettuce, spin dry and tear small. Rinse the arugula, spin dry and cut slightly smaller. Arrange the salad on a plate. Mix the oil and the vinegar, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad.

Cut the bacon slices into strips and fry crispy in a skillet over medium heat, then crumble and sprinkle over the salad. Distribute the dates and the walnut halves on top. Finally, top with Roquefort cheese. Serve with fresh bread.
