Ingredients

4
Ingredients
350 grams Chicken breasts
3 Tbsps dark soy sauce
1 tsp honey
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
300 grams mixed Lettuce (for example: Frisée, Radicchio, Lollo rosso, romaine lettuce)
30 grams Walnut
4 Tbsps dried Cranberry
300 grams Blackberry
5 grams ginger
4 Tbsps Nut oil
2 Tbsps Raspberry vinegar
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Maple syrup
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
2 Tbsps sesame oil

Preparation steps

1.

Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Mix the soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper. Add the meat and marinate covered for about 1 hour.

2.

Wash the lettuce, spin-dry and tear into pieces or cut. Chop the nuts coarsely and mix with the cranbeeries. If necessary, rinse briefly the blackberries and pat them dry. If you desire, halve the larger berries. In a bowl, finely crush 100 grams of the berries with a fork. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Mix the crushed rasberries with the oil, balsamic vinegar, syrup and ginger. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3.

Remove the meat from the marinade and fry on both sides in a pan with hot oil for about 5 minutes.

4.

Mix the lettuce with the rasberries. When serving, sprinkle the nut mixture over the salad, put the chicken strips on top of that and drizzle with the dressing. Serve and enjoy!
