50 grams Almond slivers
2 Tbsps sugar
1 Vanilla bean
250 grams Blackberry (fresh)
powdered sugar (for dusting)
Lemon balm (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water until al dente. Toast almonds in a dry frying pan. Add butter and add sugar and while stirring caramelize until light brown.

2.

Drain the pasta. Add vanilla bean seeds to almonds mixture then toss pasta in sauce. Spoon pasta onto plates. Add blackberries and dust with powdered sugar. Garnish with lemon balm and serve.
