150 grams Lollo Bionda
150 grams ham
200 grams Cheese (such as Emmental, Gouda)
2 Red onions
1 Apple
2 Tbsps chopped Walnut
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
1 pinch sugar
salt
4 Tbsps grapeseed oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse Lollo Rosso and Bianco, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces, if needed. Place into a bowl. 

2.

Cut ham and cheese into small cubes. Peel onions and cut into strips. Rinse apple and cut into quarters, core and slice.

3.

Add onions, apple, ham, cheese and walnuts to the salad. Combine vinegar with oil and season with sugar and salt. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
