Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces.

2.

Rinse the radishes, remove the green section and slice thinly.

3.

Rinse the bell pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips.

4.

Distribute the lettuce leaves on the bread slices and coat with cottage cheese. Arrange the bell pepper, cucumber slices and radishes on top, season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with cress.
