200 grams Tuna (canned, in water)
200 grams white Beans (canned)
100 grams green Beans
salt
3 Radish
4 hardboiled eggs
100 grams Bacon (in strips)
4 Lettuce (lettuce)
4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp hot Mustard
5 Tbsps olive oil
1 pinch sugar
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Drain the tuna. Rinse the white beans and allow to drain. Rinse green beans, trim and blanch for 6-8 minutes in boiling salted water. Rinse in cold water and halve diagonally. Rinse, trim and chop the radishes. Peel the eggs and cut in half.

Fry the bacon in a pan fry until golden brown, 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Place on a plate or dish and fill leaves with tuna, white beans, green beans and bacon. Arrange the egg halves around the leaves and sprinkle with the radishes.

For the dressing, mix the vinegar with mustard and oil and season with sugar and salt. Drizzle over the salad and garnish with freshly ground pepper before serving.
