Ingredients

For the vegetables
250 grams fresh Snow peas
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
½ head Radicchio
salt
peppers
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp butter
1 small onion
1 pinch sugar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
For the steaks
3 Tbsps olive oil
rosemary
salt
peppers
4 Steak (each about 200 g)

Preparation steps

1.

For the vegetables: Rinse the snow peas, trim and remove threads. 

2.

Heat a pot of water with the vinegar. Add the snow peas and cook for 10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.

Rinse the tomatoes, drain and cut in half. Rinse the radicchio, spin dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Peel the onion and cut into thin strips.

For the steaks: Rinse the rosemary, shake dry and chop. In a bowl, whisk the rosemary with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. 

Place the steaks in a dish. Brush with the oil and marinate for a few minutes. Cook in a hot grill pan for 5 minutes.

For the vegetables: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the snow peas, tomatoes and onions, and stir until coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and a pinch of sugar and the balsamic vinegar. 

For serving: Arrange the radicchio on plates and top with the vegetables. Place the steaks on the plates and serve immediately.
