1 packet Vanilla sugar
Ground cinnamon (a pinch)
Ground clove (a pinch)
2 Whole wheat buns
2 Tbsps cream cheese
1 Tbsp Pistachio

Preparation steps

Cut prunes into small pieces, mix with orange juice and soak overnight.

Peel banana and cut in half. Puree 1/2 banana with the prunes. Stir in vanilla sugar and season with a pinch of cinnamon and cloves. Cut rolls in half. Spread rolls with cream cheese and top with prune compote. Cut remaining banana half into slices and distribute over rolls. Serve sprinkled with chopped pistachios.
