125 milliliters Red wine
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 Pear
100 grams Cranberry
2 Tbsps sugar

Preparation steps

Soak prunes in red wine, about 2 hours. In a pot, cook powdered sugar over low heat until caramelized. Deglaze with wine and prunes. Bring to a simmer. Peel, halve and remove cores from pears. Cut pears into wedges and add to pot. Simmer 3-4 minutes. Add cranberries simmer 1-2 minutes more, being careful not to overcook them. Season with sugar and cinnamon.
