- 1 Apple
- 1 Banana
- 50 grams cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Whole wheat buns
Preparation steps
1.
Peel, quarter and remove seeds from apple. Chop apple. Peel banana and cut into slices. Puree banana with apple. Mix puree with cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla sugar.

Cut rolls in half and spread with fruit puree.
