2 medium Zucchini
100 grams Salmon caviar
100 grams cream cheese (more or less, depending on the size of zucchini)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Whipped cream
1 Tbsp finely chopped Dill
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse zucchini, trim, blanch whole for 3 minutes in boiling salted water, remove, rinse and drain. Then cut off the ends and slice each lengthwise into 8 uniform, thin slices.

Stir cream cheese with lemon juice and cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the dill.

Season zucchini slices lightly with salt, and roll into approximately 2.5 cm (approximately 1-inch) thick tubes. Place on a platter and fill half of the rolls with salmon caviar and the remaining half with the cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
