- 1 handful Chives
- 150 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
- 8 slices Toast
- 200 grams Goat cheese (or cream cheese)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps milk
- salt
- white peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into small rings. Finely dice the salmon. Remove the crusts of the bread and lightly toast in a toaster. Place four slices of toast on the work surface. Stir the cream cheese with the lemon juice and the milk, season with a little salt and pepper and spread on the four pieces of toast. Distribute the salmon over the cream cheese and sprinkle with about half of the chives. Top with the remaining slices of toast and cut into quarters to make mini sandwiches. To serve, top each sandwich with a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with chives.
