- 1 tsp lemon juice

- peppers
- 150 grams Smoked salmon ((in slice)
- For the garnish
- Basil
- pickled Beets (strip)
- Dill
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread

Preparation steps
1.
Remove crust from bread and cut into bite-size triangles.
2.
Cut salmon slices in about 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) wide strips.
3.
Cut camembert cheese into small pieces and roll each with a strip of beetroot and dill tip into a circle.
4.
Place 1 basil leaf on a piece of bread, plate salmon rolls on top and arrange everything on a plate.
