Preparation steps
1.
Coat a baking sheet with butter and preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F). Scrub the potatoes well and cut in half lengthwise. Place potatoes cut-side up on the baking sheet.
2.
Brush cut surfaces with olive oil. Season with pepper and sprinkle with cumin and salt. Roast for about 35 minutes in the oven. Serve hot.
