2 eggs
1 Tbsp Pastry flour

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes, coarsely grate and squeeze juice out with a paper towel. Then mix grated potato in a bowl with eggs, flour 1 teaspoon salt and some pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon of potato mixture to the pan, flatten slightly and fry on both sides until golden brown. Keep potato pancakes warm in a preheated 70°C (approximately 150°F) oven. Repeat process until all potato mixture is used. Serve while warm.
