1 ½ tsps Lemon peel
3 Tbsps lemon juice
80 milliliters lamb stock

Preparation steps

Peel garlic. Rinse lamb chops, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large pan, sauté lamb on both sides with lemon slices over high heat for 2 minutes. Remove lamb from pan and arrange on warmed plates.

2.

Add basil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice and lamb stock to the pan, boil and allow liquid to reduce. Spread reduced liquids on lamb chops and garnish with fried lemon slices.
