- 12 Lamb cutlets
- 2 Tbsps thyme (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps rosemary (chopped)
- 8 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 8 Olives (chopped)
- 4 Juniper berries (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp grated Lemon peel
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix thyme with rosemary, chopped garlic cloves, chopped olives, crushed juniper berries, lemon zest, paprika, 2 tablespoons of water and olive oil. Pour marinade over the lamb chops and marinate 24 hours.. Then cook lamb chops in a pan until crispy, for about 5 minutes on each side. Keep warm. Deglaze the pan drippings with a little marinade, pepper and salt.

Serve with potatoes or baguette slices, if desired.
