- 8 Chicken legs
- 1 kilogram waxy potatoes
- 2 red Bell pepper
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt

- 200 milliliters Chicken broth
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 5 Tbsps Mustard

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse chicken legs and pat dry.
3.
Rinse potatoes, peel and cut into uniform pieces.
4.
Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and chop.
5.
Line a roasting pan with parchment paper. Add potatoes and mix with 2 tablespoons of oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour in broth.
6.
Mix honey, mustard and remaining oil and generously brush chicken pieces. Place chicken on top of potatoes and cook for 35-45 minutes in preheated oven. Turn chicken occassionally and add bell peppers during the last 15 minutes. If chicken is darkening too much, cover pan with aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
