- 12 Chicken legs (Drumsticks)
- 1 Tbsp grainy Mustard
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse drumsticks and pat dry. Mix mustard in a bowl with honey, oil and lemon juice. Add drumsticks, mix well and season with salt. Place coated drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. From time to time during the cooking time turn drumsticks over. Serve immediately on a plate garnished with chopped scallions if desired.
