Roast Chicken Breast with Vegetables
Peel the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 25 minutes.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in 1 tablespoon of hot butter on each side for about 5 minutes.
Rinse the broccoli, chop further if necessary and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and sprinkle with Gomasio. Serve with boiled potatoes.
