Smoked mackerel fillet (skinned and boned)
150 grams
1 tablespoon
Horseradish (from a jar)
2 tablespoons
coarsely chopped Parsley
1 splash

Preparation steps

1.

Tear fish fillets into smaller pieces and puree together with creme fraiche and horseradish in a food processor. Add parsley and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
