- 4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill
- lemon juice
- 300 grams Pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 splash dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp Crème fraiche
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 3 Smoked mackerel (seasoned)
- Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Mix mayonnaise with dill and lemon juice. Cut pumpkin into thin slices. In a pan, fry pumpkin in melted butter. Add white wine, cover and simmer about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in creme fraiche. Let cool slightly.

Spread dill-mayonnaise on bread slices, then layer with pumpkin slices. Cut fish fillets in pieces and place on sandwich. Garnish with dill.
