Rice Salad with Ham, Olives and Peppers

- 400 grams cooked Long grain rice
- Bell pepper (The 1 red and green)
- 2 green Pepperoncini
- 150 grams cooked ham
- 100 grams Salami
- 100 grams Gouda
- 1 bunch scallions
- 100 grams black Olives
- ½ bunch parsley
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil
Halve pepper lengthwise, remove seeds and white ribs, rinse and Rinse pepperoncini remove seeds, cut into rings. Thinly slice the scallions.
Cut the ham, salami and cheese into strips. Rinse the parsley, dry and chop finely. Transfer to a bowl along with the peppers and pepperoncini and the rice. Add the oil, season with salt and pepper, fluff with a fork and serve. Garnish with the olives.
