14 ozs Soy yogurt
1 Tbsp Grenadine
3 Tbsps Rose water
lemon juice
red sprinkle (optional)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the rhubarb, peel the thin outer skin, and cut into small pieces.

Bring the sugar and 3 ounces of water to a boil. Add the rhubarb, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool. Add to a blender, and puree with the yogurt, grenadine, and rosewater. Chill for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

3.

Sprinkle the edge of the glasses with the lemon juice, then dip in the red sprinkles. Pour in the chilled smoothie, and serve.
