- 100 milliliters Coconut water
- 80 grams sugar
- 200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 250 grams Quark
- 250 milliliters Coconut cream (well chilled)

Preparation steps

Rinse the lime in hot water and dry. Zest the shell of 1.5 limes, cut 4 nice slices and squeeze the juice of the fruit. Boil the zest (except for a little for garnish) and the juice with coconut water and sugar and cook for about 5 minutes until the sugar has completely dissolved. Then allow to cool. Stir with the yogurt and quark until smooth. Pour in the coconut cream and beat until creamy. Press the lime slices on the inner edge of each glass and pour in the cream. Chill at least 1 hour and serve garnished with the remaining lime zest.
