2 Tbsps golden raisin
1 sm head Red cabbage (1 kg)
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsps Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 Tbsp honey
salt
3 Tbsps grapeseed oil
2 Tbsps chopped Walnut
1 Tbsp Poppy seeds

Preparation steps

Soak golden raisins in hot water and drain.

Quarter cabbage, cut out core and remove outer leaves. Slice cabbage thinly. Transfer cabbage to a large bowl and mix with raisins, vinegar, orange juice, honey and salt to taste. Cover and let marinate about 30 minutes.

Mix in oil and walnuts and season with salt. Divide salad among bowls and serve sprinkled with poppy seeds.
