300 grams ripe Raspberries
1 pkg Vanilla sugar
200 grams Whipped cream
500 milliliters milk
mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the raspberries and dry. Set a couple nice raspberries aside for the garnish. Puree the remaining raspberries and pour through a sieve. Mix the raspberry puree with the vanilla sugar and mash. Pour the puree, milk and 2/3 of the cream into a blender. Whip the remaining cream and pour into a piping bag. Vigorously blend the raspberry milk, so that the mixture is frothy.

2.

Pour the milk into glasses. Serve garnished with cream, raspberries and mint.
