fresh, ripe Strawberries (roughly chopped)
½ cup
Raspberries (roughly chopped)
cup
cup
plain Yogurt
cup
runny honey (to taste)
To garnish

Preparation steps

1.
Put the strawberries and raspberries in a mixer with the milk and blend to a fine purée. Strain through a sieve if desired.
2.
Add the yoghurt and buttermilk and blend again until light and airy. Sweeten to taste with honey.
3.
Pour into glasses and serve garnished with raspberries, strawberries and mint.
