400 grams Raspberries
1 kilogram Peaches
600 grams jam sugar (2: 1)
1 Orange (juice)
1 Vanilla bean

Preparation steps

Rinse the raspberries and put in a pan. Blanch the peaches, peel and halve. Remove the pits and chop the flesh into small cubes. Mix with the sugar, the orange juice and the slit vanilla pod, add to the raspberries and mix well. Infuse for about 1 hour. Then bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and cook for 4 minutes. Once a setting point has been reeached, pour the jam into prepared jars.
