1 generous pinch Vanilla bean (or ground vanilla)
4 Tbsps sugar
200 grams Raspberries
4 centiliters Orange liqueur
For the crumble
2 Tbsps slivered almonds
2 Tbsps sugar
2 Tbsps Pastry flour
2 Tbsps Oats
40 grams melted butter

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat a convection oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse, peel, quarter, and remove the core from the apples. Cut into thin slices. Mix with the lemon juice, vanilla, and sugar. Add to 4 small ramekins. Top with the raspberries. Drizzle with the liqueur.

Mix the almonds with the sugar, flour, oats, and butter. Spread over the fruit and bake 20 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve.
