125 grams butter
150 grams sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
50 grams ground almonds
180 grams Pastry flour
For the filling
1 kilogram Apple
150 grams slivered almonds
3 tablespoons raisins
½ teaspoon cinnamon
powdered sugar (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Butter inside of a baking dish.

Put the butter in a bowl and combine thoroughly with sugar and cinnamon. Mix in the flour and the ground almonds, mixing well.

Rinse, peel and quarter the apples, then remove the core and cut into slices. Combine the apples with almonds, raisins and cinnamon and pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over filling and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
