- 1 Tbsp white distilled vinegar
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- ¾ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp Dry mustard
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 cups mesclun salad mix
- 1 small Red onion (thinly sliced)
- 3 cups cooked, rare Roast beef (cut in strips)

Preparation steps
1.
Place vinegar, shallot, oregano and mustard in a small bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Set aside to allow flavors to incorporate together for 20 minutes.
2.
Place salad mix, red onion and beef in a large bowl and toss with dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.
